Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hgvg ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of the hgvg website located at hgvg.org, including all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional features offered thereon.

By completing the account registration process on hgvg, clicking the confirmation checkbox, or by making use of any part of the Platform — including browsing the site, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming any bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

KYC Verification

hgvg operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with its obligations as a responsible platform operator. You may be required to provide documentary evidence of your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any point, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or valid driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months).

Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

To access the full range of features on the hgvg platform, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes at any point after registration.

hgvg permits each individual to hold only one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through the use of different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where hgvg identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hgvg login credentials, including your username and password. hgvg strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available on your hgvg account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.

hgvg accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted on the hgvg platform using your login credentials — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as activity conducted by you and will be subject to these Terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

hgvg supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Additional payment partners may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed on the Banking section of the hgvg website.

All transactions on the hgvg platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the verification status of your account. Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hgvg account in real time following confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your account balance. hgvg does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which hgvg accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the hgvg finance team during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Verified accounts in good standing can expect bKash and Nagad withdrawals to be processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted. Withdrawals to bank accounts and cards may take longer depending on the processing timelines of the receiving institution.

hgvg reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements, or where an account is under review for suspected breach of these Terms. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the hgvg account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Bonuses and Promotions

hgvg offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both newly registered and existing players. The availability, eligibility criteria, and specific terms of each promotion are published on the Promotions page of the hgvg website. The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by hgvg unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players must satisfy all stated eligibility criteria to qualify for a bonus.
• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds on hgvg is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

hgvg operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using bonus funds to place low-risk or balanced wagers designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional mechanics; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, hgvg will close the account, forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, and recover any real-money balance that was obtained through abusive means.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the hgvg platform, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hgvg platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false information: Registering with false or misleading personal details, including a false name, date of birth, or residential address.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one hgvg account simultaneously, or registering a new account after a previous account has been closed by hgvg for breach of these Terms.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the hgvg platform for any purpose related to financial crime, including the placement of deposits derived from illegal activity, or the structuring of transactions to disguise their origin.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the hgvg platform.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the hgvg platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human gameplay.
• Exploitation of system errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing error on the hgvg platform, including the placement of wagers at clearly incorrect odds.
• Abuse of staff: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward hgvg's customer support team or other players.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or otherwise misusing any content, software, or branding owned by hgvg or its partners.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the hgvg platform — including but not limited to the hgvg brand name and logo, website design, layout, colour schemes, typography, software, source code, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, audio, video, and all other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of hgvg or its licensed game providers and content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

hgvg grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on any hgvg content without prior written authorisation.
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the hgvg platform or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the hgvg platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice displayed on or within the hgvg platform.
• Use the hgvg brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any manner that could create a false impression of association, endorsement, or sponsorship by hgvg.

Game titles, provider names (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Red Tiger, and Play'n GO), and all associated game assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners. hgvg makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content hosted on the platform under licence.

Any unauthorised use of hgvg's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform, closure of your account, and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability

hgvg endeavours to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times. However, hgvg does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay. hgvg accepts no liability for any losses — whether financial or otherwise — arising directly or indirectly from Platform downtime, technical errors, or delayed processing of deposits, withdrawals, or wager settlement where such delays are attributable to circumstances outside hgvg's direct control.

Limitation of Financial Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hgvg's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your hgvg account in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hgvg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss, regardless of whether hgvg was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Responsible Gaming Disclaimer

Gambling involves risk and is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a method of generating income or solving financial difficulties. hgvg provides responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — to help players manage their gambling activity.
